A LOVELY potato....

We had a lovely Thanksgiving weekend, & I hope you all did too. While my fiance' prepared the large meal (we skipped Turkey this year, instead had honey glazed ribs & chicken), he discovered this unusually shaped potato! In the shape of a HEART! We decided not to cook it yet, so it's sitting in our fridge.

Pre-Thanksgiving Loft dream.....

I found this loft right before Thanksgiving & I think I'm moving in! Just kidding! This place was stuck in my head all weekend long, I think you can see why. Lofts are gorgeous, especially when they have so much square footage & a deck with a view! Can you imagine what Thanksgiving dinner would be like in a place like this?!? Via New York Magazine.

French Roast.....food, food, food!

With Thanksgiving approaching tomorrow, I thought I'd wrap this week up with a post on one of my favorite places to eat when in NYC, French Roast. I recall going to French Roast many times after a night out or just for an afternoon coffee. I absolutely LOVE the vibe & the food is great!! I will also be hosting an intimate dinner with friends at my place.......with good food & lots to be thankful for.
